Conditions of Sale

1. TERMS

For approved Account Customers - Strictly Net 30 Days from the end of the month in which the goods are purchased.

2. PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT

The buyer shall pay prior to delivery for all goods dispatched. Where Good Products extends credit to the buyer, the payment for all goods sold will be made within the approved credit terms. Payments may be made by Credit Card or EFT to Good Products account.

3. PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are ex GST and DELIVERY.

4. SPECIFICATIONS

Technical data, specifications, dimensions, material properties, finishes ect given on this website are a guide only and no guarantee is given or implied that goods will conform in total detail to the descriptions and illustrations provided. Good Products reserves the right to amend specifications and to withdraw products from the website and its range without prior notice.

5. RETURNS & CLAIMS

Goods will only be accepted for Credit if returned within 14 days of delivery and must be accompanied with a request for credit quoting the original PO, Invoice No, Date and reason for returning.
Prior notification of the return of goods is required.
Freight is at the expense of the purchaser unless the goods were supplied incorrectly.
The acceptance of such goods does not automatically mean an agreement to issue a credit note. Goods are subject to inspection and approval will attract a 10% handling and re-stocking charge.

6. TITLE

Ownership of goods sold shall remain with Good Products until Good Products has received full payment for such goods. Until full payment has been made, Good Products may at any time recover or resell the goods or any part of them. The buyer may not resell the goods to which Good Products retains tittle unless he informs the buyer of this condition of sale prior to such resale.
